Mininova is filtering content

I was looking for How I met your mother s04e23 for weeks, and it never appeared, so I didn't
understand what was going on, I checked the episode air date and it was 10 days ago, then I
asked my friend Google and the torrent appeared in pirate bay.
That was strange, why the torrent wasn't listed in Mininova... I asked Google again and I got a
response from torrentfreak guyz, here is what I found

Mininova Filters Copyright Infringing Torrents
Written by Ernesto on May 06, 2009

Just a few days before their court appearance, Mininova, the largest
BitTorrent site on the Internet, has started to filter content. The site is
using a third party content recognition system that will detect and
remove torrent files that link to copyright infringing files.

Starting today, Mininova will use a content recognition system that detects and
removes torrent files linking to copyright infringing files. The system will also
prevent the torrents from being re-uploaded to mininova later on.

Mininova co-founder Niek told TorrentFreak that the system will be tested for 12
weeks with only a few titles. With this trial Mininova collaborates with an association
representing several TV/movie content owners. Niek couldn’t tell us which one, but
our best guess would be that it’s the MPA(A).

The content removal system should be seen as an extension of the existing copyright
policy according to Niek, who also said that the current trial will be used to find out
whether the content recognition system is a workable and effective solution.

The system was selected by the copyright holders themselves who want an easier
way to get torrent files removed than the current notice and takedown policy, and it
is operated by an undisclosed third party. Interestingly, this collaboration does not
mean that the upcoming court case against BREIN is off the table.

Later this month BREIN hopes to convince the court that Mininova has to filter its
search results, so that all .torrent files which may point to unauthorized content are
removed. Up until now, Mininova refused to interfere with the search results,
claiming that the DMCA take-down procedure they have is good enough. This has
clearly changed now.

The response from Mininova’s users is mostly negative, with one commenter saying
“Shame to see such a nice site decide to go hang itself,” and another adding “Wow,
guess you guys are caving under the pressure. Too bad its all over now.”

The effectiveness of this filtering system, and how it will affect mininova’s popularity
is yet to be seen, but it sure is a radical development.

Swine flu false flag operation

Greater Mexico City has a population exceeding 22 million people, making it the largest
metropolitan area in the western hemisphere and the second largest in the world by population
according to the United Nations and other organizations.

Supposedly its the place of origin of a new virus that threats humanity, the OMS puts the world
in alert level 5 of 6, people starts to panic, to buy supplies, masks and flu vaccines.

From 22 million people there are only 101 fatal victims, they say only 16 are confirmed and 85
are suspected... And in the the beginning of this nonsense the Mexican government claimed
there were 185 victims.

Let's see normal flu death count...

Deaths from Flu: 63,730 annual deaths for influenza and pneumonia (NVSR Sep
2001); estimated 20,000 deaths from flu (NIAID)

Cause of death rank: 7th leading cause of death in 1999 and 2000 is
"pneumonia/influenza" (CDC)

Death rate extrapolations for USA for Flu: 63,729 per year, 5,310 per month,
1,225 per week, 174 per day, 7 per hour
, 0 per minute, 0 per second. Note: this
automatic extrapolation calculation uses the deaths statistic: 63,730 annual deaths
for influenza and pneumonia (NVSR Sep 2001); estimated 20,000 deaths from flu
Those numbers are for normal flu!!! So with the swine flu we didn't even reach the death count
for a day of normal flu!!

Let's see a real pandemic death count.

Asiatic (Russian) Flu 1889–1890 1 million
Spanish Flu 1918–1920 20 to 100 million
Asian Flu 1957–1958 1 to 1.5 million
Hong Kong Flu 1968–1969 0.75 to 1 million

Wow there is a real difference between 101 supposed deaths to the minimum in the list that is

Maybe the communists, the nazis and the terrorists are a little overused and the governments
need a new enemy, a new enemy that is way better than the other ones, your own mother, wife
or sister can be your enemy and you'll never know until it's too late.

Ohh yes, the dream of every government, the ultimate way to make people fight each other and
lock themselves inside their homes.

And magically just in May 1st, or when the Mexican government its about to approve a new
patriotic act to limit the civil liberties.
